Atlantic Club Listing Price Slashed to $50M, Atlantic City Townhouses Planned Next Door

Atlantic City’s long-shuttered Atlantic Club casino resort has received a significant price cut for potential buyers. The property’s asking price has been slashed to $50 million, after spending nearly a full year on the real estate market.

In addition to the reduced listing price, plans have been announced for a 74-unit residential townhouse community to be constructed directly next to the Atlantic Club site. The development would add new housing options to the area surrounding the former boardwalk casino property.

The Atlantic Club closed its doors to the public several years ago, and has remained vacant on the Atlantic City boardwalk ever since. The latest price reduction and adjacent residential development plans point to potential new life for the underutilized property in the near future.
